Hi, I am Ana Carolina

My spiritual path began more than eleven years ago, when I discovered the words of Jiddu Krishnamurti, it was through his message that I discovered what I had been searching for for a long time, understanding that I was responsible for my life and that in order to evolve I had to start with know my inner world, my own programming.

In 2019 I visited the Krishnamurti center in the United Kingdom and it was this same year where, due to life issues, I incorporated meditation as an essential practice on my path to awakening.

 

Today, my mission is to help others in their process, so that each person discovers the power that lives within them, and that despite the whirlwinds we can find a place of clarity, peace, love and enthusiasm for life itself. .
