The phrase that comes to me: Raise our frequency to connect with what we want to experience.
Opportunities are constantly lining up, they are hovering, as it were, in the "ether" of our existence.
Imagine that you are connected to a web of information that surrounds you all the time.
Imagine this: when you are searching for a topic or several on the Internet or on social networks, and you start to notice that the algorithm starts to show you more of the same.
This is what happens with our subconscious mind. We attract, not what we think or what we want, but who we are being in the moment. Because who we are being is directly related to our subconscious mind, which is what stores the programmed information of our personality.
So attracting what we want is not as simple as thinking and just getting it.
It is to be and then attract.
If what we want is to change our life circumstances, what we have to do is look inside ourselves.
And how do we observe our interior? Here comes the work. One of my favorite practices is breathwork.
What breathwork does is that it helps us move the "prana", or the vital energy that we carry inside. In this way assisting to remove energy blockages in the body.
Energy blockages can occur for various reasons, trauma being one of them, light or acute trauma, it does not matter.
By moving energetic blockages, we can also begin to notice how negative thoughts or thoughts that keep us stuck are dissipating, we are releasing them.
And another voice begins to emerge within us, wiser, more enriching, we begin to feel more empowered, creative ideas begin to rise, the benefits are innumerable.
All this helps raise our frequency. And as we raise our frequency, situations and opportunities come to us that will be more aligned with that new you that you want to be or that you want to experience.
The process requires observing, understanding our blocks and a very important step: FORGIVE. Forgiveness, of ourselves and others, is one of the most important qualities that we must acquire if we want to experience a life of abundance.
Inner work is vital, it is the most important thing we must learn to do if we want to experience the abundance that already exists in this reality.
